Ticket Purchase System

A. Ticket Purchase Policy:

  • Tickets purchased from the website or through the ticket outlet of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization are non-refundable or exchangeable except in specific cases described in the refund policy below.

  • Resale of tickets for a value greater than their original purchase price is not permitted. The International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization has the right to cancel tickets without consulting the buyer if found to be resold. In such a case, the tickets will not be valid for entry.
  • It is the responsibility of customers to protect their property and tickets from loss or theft. The International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor is it responsible for compensating those who have been subjected to such incidents. This applies to e-tickets, as well as printed tickets. In the event that the tickets are stolen, for example: (by hacking the e-mail, or by sharing the email address of another party, or sending the scanned ticket by the customer to another party), entry with that ticket will be denied, and the ticket will be cancelled with the first trial of use. Also, in this case, the ticket’s cost shall not be returned to the customer. Customers are strongly advised to care to protect their e-tickets the way they care to protect their printed tickets from theft.
  • In most cases, the full price of the ticket is paid at the time of purchase, and the ticket is sent to the customer by email shortly after the purchase is completed. In the event of fraudulent payment in any manner whatsoever, such as using a stolen or a lost credit card, or using a card without the permission of its holder, the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization has the right to cancel such purchased tickets without refund to this fraudulent buyer. In such events, the tickets will not be valid for entry.
  • The International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization has the right to postpone the visiting time for a period of up to two hours in line with the internal regulations of official visits or any emergency circumstances.


B. Ticket Delivery and Collection Policy:

The International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization delivers to the customer via email PDF tickets, which customers can use to enter the place of visit.

C. Entry Conditions:

  • The following conditions must be consented upon before entering the museum:

    • Not to use any recording, data or images for any form of public advertising, display, commercial gain or any other purpose without the prior written consent of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization. Such an act is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms and conditions.
    • Customers must mention the copyright and other intellectual property rights of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization in any image or recording they may create or store relevant to the event.
    • Photography is prohibited, it is also forbidden to perform, create, store, record or transmit any kind of audio or visual footage, or transmit any other information or data during the visit, and the customer is prohibited from taking to the museum any equipment that may enable him to perform the above acts, provided that personal electronic devices (such as mobile phones and other portable personal communication devices) are allowed inside the museum, unless otherwise advised. It is forbidden to carry out any recording of data, including photography and any still images derived from the event and stored or created whether for personal or commercial purposes.
    • The museum provides Photobooth technology to help visitors take unique souvenir photos, provided that all rights to those memorial photos are reserved exclusively to the museum and the operating company, and we have the permanent right to use any clip or image of the customer in any of the media around the world, without reference to him.
    • The International Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization, and (any other party authorized by the Museum, from time to time), have the permanent right to use any clip, publication or broadcast – including any advertising or promotional literature or materials related to the Museum – in any media worldwide, without any intellectual property rights of its owner, and the owner is deemed to have consented and waived any personal rights or any privacy. The International Fair and Museum of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization also has the right to take any still or animated images or videos taken during the visit, even if such images or videos include or show its owner’s face, sound or other personal concerns.
    • In the event of a violation of any of the previous items, the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization has the right to take all statutory procedures, and request appropriate compensation for the damages resulting from the violation. 

D. Ticket and Museum Attendance Policy:

  • All tickets are issued according to the rules and regulations of the museum. It is the customer's responsibility to abide by these rules and regulations, and to familiarize himself with the rules and regulations before purchasing tickets.

  • The customer must check the conditions required for entering the International Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization before purchasing tickets from the site, because the tickets’ value shall not be refunded if the customer is denied entry to the museum for any reason, including but not limited to: failure to adhere to appropriate clothing, failure to meet age restrictions, carrying hazardous materials, carrying materials with the aim of sabotage, showing any misbehavior, or illegal behavior that leads to preventing entry from the management of the place. The organizer, also, has the right to cancel the visitor's ticket with no refund of its price in the event that the visitor does not comply with the health precautionary measures for epidemics and the like.
  • The museum or the management of the place reserves the right to deny entry or terminate the visit of any person:

(1) who fails to comply with or adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

(2) who has an invalid ticket.

(3) who has a ticket that has been sold or used illegally.

(4) for reasons of health, safety, security or maintaining public order.

  • In all the above cases, the management of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization as well as Security officers have the right to prevent the entry of any customer to the place, in addition to the right to conduct a security inspection at any time to ensure safety and security. In such cases, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the ticket under any circumstances.

  • A "no-return" policy applies, meaning that if the customer leaves the venue during the visit, they will not be allowed to return to the venue using their original ticket. It is the customer's responsibility to review the return policy prior to entry. Customers who leave the venue during the visit shall not be readmitted due to the no-return policy and shall not be refunded as well.
  • The museum’s management has the right to prevent the entry of any person carrying prohibited materials to the International Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization before or during the visit, including foodstuffs, beverages, video cameras, sound recording equipment, and photography sticks, as well as hazardous materials such as weapons, or potentially dangerous materials such as sharp tools, and other general prohibitions. The customer is fully responsible, and the customer will not be refunded the purchase value of the tickets if he is denied entry to the museum or taken out of it due to any of these prohibitions. Moreover, the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization has the right to take all legal measures in this regard.

 

 

E. Refund Policy:

  • AlSalam Company ASC, the executor and exclusive operator of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization, is the ticket seller, and purchased tickets can only be returned, exchanged or transferred in the circumstances detailed below.

  • Refunds are not given to any client who has been denied entry to the Museum or whose visit has been terminated for any of the reasons described in the above ticket usage policies.

     

    1- Force Majeure Cases:

    The cases in which customers are entitled to a full refund of their tickets from the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization within 7 days after the date of the visit, are only the following:

    • If the visit is cancelled by the organizer or operator for any reason.

    • In the event that the visitor does not obtain a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • In the event of force majeure, including, but not limited to: weather conditions, earthquakes, fires, floods, death, war, strike, failure in energy supply, decisions of any government entity, or any other acts of force majeure beyond the control of the museum.
    • If the visit is postponed by the organizer or operator for any reason, but the customer can use the original ticket on the new date of the visit.
    • The organizer or operator has the right to consider refund requests that are based solely on the above circumstances, but specific documents or other evidence supporting any such requests may be demanded for verification.
    • Submitting refund requests is via email ([email protected]). No refund requests outside this channel will be accepted. For a better service, please make sure to send your booking number, ticket numbers, email address, full name and phone number.
    • In the event of a refund, the process may take between (7 to 14) working days, according to the banking procedures followed.

       

    • Customers can request a refund no less than 48 hours before the scheduled ticket date, noting that if this period is exceeded, refunds will not be possible.

    • Please note that discounted or non-refundable ticket offers are non-refundable.
    • Submitting refund requests is via email ([email protected]). No refund requests outside this channel will be accepted. For a better service, please make sure to send your booking number, ticket numbers, email address, full name and phone number.
    • 30% of the ticket value will be charged if the refund conditions are met.
    • The refund process may take between (7 to 14) working days, depending on the banking procedures.

    2- General cases:

    These are the cases in which customers wish to redeem the value of the ticket at the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization by deducting a percentage of the ticket’s value according to the following conditions:

     

     

  • If the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization at its discretion accepts the request for refund, it will be done in the same manner in which it was paid. That is, if the payment was made, for example, by credit card, the amount will be returned to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

  • Minor changes in prayer times, dissatisfaction with the event or the duration of the visit are not valid reasons for a refund.
  • The fact that the customer does not meet the specific conditions for visiting the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization, is his personal responsibility, and is not considered a justifiable reason for a refund.
  • The customer agrees to this refund policy either by purchasing through the Website, or through any retail outlet operating in the name of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization.

 

F. Responsibility:

  • The International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization, as well as all directors, organizers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage caused to any customer or to any of his property, to the extent permitted by the laws of the State, nor shall anything in these terms limit or exclude

    •  Liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of any of the above parties.
    • Any damage caused by any fraud or misrepresentation act undertaken by any of the above parties.
